I was not able to import all my posts into the new blog so I have recreated my posts all the way back till September and a few more before that. I will be moving more things over as time permits.

Thank you to everyone who commented with kind thoughts after my grandmother's passing. I really appreciated everyone of them. Thank you for keeping us all in your thoughts and prayers.

My trip to Switzerland went really well. I got back only a few days ago and have been trying to catch up to everything. There wasn't much knitting done while I was away but my only deadline knitting (today) is almost done and I should be able to finish it no problem. My Internet connection went out last Thursday and I only got it back yesterday afternoon... Do you know how horrible that is? Thankfully I was able to check my emails a couple times at other people's house but there was no way I could work or blog until my connection came back up. What a relief!

Anyways, I've been working on my socks. I have 3 one the needles now, which brings my total of single socks to 5. I'll post an update with pictures later this week. In the mean time I'll just show you some loveliness:

One year blogiversary

For some reason, I thought that my one year blogiversary was today. I was wrong, it was actually April 3rd. Oh, well. I'll still celebrate it today, just this once.

Since I started blogging here at Blogspirit (I blogged for a few months over at MSN spaces) I've written 147 posts (including this one), had 585 comments and had over 20'000 visits. I am really happy that you find me interesting enough that you keep coming back, thank you to all of you. I hope to keep you entertained or at least show you pretty pictures for at least another year!…

Just a little story on keys and why you should be sure of which keys you have at all time.

I found myself, at 7:00AM in front of my locked apartment door and without a key to open it. I'd just brought my husband to the train station and he was already on his way to Boston. I had in my pockets, my keys, my cell phone and my driver's license. No knitting, no book. Now, the question is, why do I have keys, but not the right key to my apartment?

2006 Round-up of FO's

First let's start off with the picture.

These are some of my FO's for 2006. There are more than that but their pictures are not uploaded into Flickr and I'm too lazy to do it at the moment... Also 2 near the bottom are partial FO's since they are missing their mate.
