Knitting in pink

Leif had a grand ole time last time at the knitting group. At first he kinda stuck out, being the only guy there.

But soon he was blending in, doing the same thing that everyone else was doing. Enjoying his coffee,



And trying his hand at knitting.



All in all, I think he had a good time. But he's been whispering that he's ready to go on to his next person so I guess I'll have to send him along!

Yesterday a suprise was waiting for me in my mailbox... My Yarn Aboard box had finally arrived! Leif started traveling in September, went all over the US, traveled to his homeland Iceland and came back to visit me along the way. I dont know how well he liked Worcester but I sure enjoyed his visit.

He brought me many luscious, delicious and funkilicious things.

Fiber and Yarn (ginormous skein of 1100yds) from Hello Yarn, including a Simple Sock pattern. Box of cards, funky notebook made out of old bingo cards, 2 bars of yummy chocolate and a little box of cleansing grains (from what I understand, you mix the grains with kitchen items to make facials)

I want to thank Jennifer from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful package she put together for me. I love it all!

Leif will be coming with me to my knitting group tonight. I'm sure he will enjoy an evening of chitchat, knitting and coffee. Come back for some pictures of his adventure with me!
